These terms apply when you visit or purchase from the Fifth Social shop. By using the shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Products and orders

Product images are mockups and colors may vary by screen or production batch. Items are made to order by third-party fulfillment partners. Prices, descriptions, availability, and shipping estimates may change. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory or production problems, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for reviewing product size and variant details before purchase.

Intellectual property

Fifth Social names, original artwork, graphics, product text, and site content are owned by Fifth Social or used with permission. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork.

Prohibited use

You may not use the shop for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or copy or exploit shop content without permission.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and print-on-demand partners process information and perform parts of each transaction under their own terms and privacy practices.

No guaranteed result

Astrological and esoteric imagery is offered as art and personal symbolism. No product or description promises a spiritual, medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other outcome.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fifth Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the shop or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
